I noticed this week that BTL Mortgage rates are coming down a bit! This should be good news for investors, I received a notification from PIF Online of a 5.24% rate which will really help to make some properties ’stack up’ currently only available for up to 75% LTV but things are hopefully moving in the right direction!

Good news this week! Just the other day I rceived an e-mail with the latest deals on BTL Mortgage Rates with 85% LTV mortgages now down to 5.89% that should help a lot of investors to get their deals to stack up! I know that I as a locator have already noticed it makes the difference between to ’stack up’ or ‘not to stack up’.

BMV Property

I spent most of last night prospecting for new properties for my investor groups, it’s time consuming stuff but there are lots of properties out there if you know where to look, the main problem that I’m finding at present is getting them to ’stack up’ from Midlands heading South it’s very difficult indeed, the rents are just not high enough and the mortgages are too expensive unless invesors are prepared to take out a smaller mortgage which of course leaves them less of the equity than they would ideally like.
